I found this site looking for one of my few friends I had in Jr. High. Thought I would just post my name in case anyone was looking for me. I am also looking for Rebecca Suzanne Kitson from Nautilus Elementary. She moved sometime after 6th grade. Last known address was in Ogden, Utah. She had a sister named Melissa Kitson who did go to LHHS while we were in Elementary, and a brother Carl Kitson who I'm guessing was in Jr. High. He seemed only a bit older than her and I, but could have been a freshman in HS. If anyone knows of the whereabouts of any of them could you please send me an email!!!!! Thanks to whoever created this site.

Hey guys. Just wanted to say that I'll be in Havasu on Wed. April 23 thru Mon. April 28th to visit my daughters. I was thinking about doing some sort of reunion. How about a multi-month reunion. Anyone who had a birthday in April in the class of '83 can show up at Red Robin's on Friday night and we can have the staff sing us happy birthday.
Did anyone watch Party Heat on TruTV on Monday 3/31 (they repeat the episodes throughout the week and two new ones will be on Mon. 4/7). Pretty cool seeing a bunch of drunk Californians acting like idiots. One of the lines that struck me funny was when an officer said that from all the places that people come from to visit Havasu for spring break: L.A., San Diego and Phoenix, they all end up going to a place where there's "nothing" to do. It's good to be on the Havasu Tourism Committee.
I was on the last episode of New Amsterdam (titled "Legacy"). So, if you have a high speed hookup for your internet and a few minutes (or full hour if you want to watch the full episode) I'm going to give you step-by-step instructions to find me on the show.
Ready? Ok, here we go. Follow along kiddies:
* Go to www.fox.com
* Top of screen hit "Watch Full Episodes Online"
* On spinning "show" wheel on the left hit "New Amsterdam"
* On the lower left hand corner of the "mini tv screen" hit the button twice to blow up the screen to full monitor size
* You can watch the episode in full or scroll to second commercial break (the small white dots on the timeline bar)
* The scene is the wake for a funeral. At the 22:41 mark - he scene starts with the main character parks his car on the opposite side of the street. Across the street you will see a limo and a jaguar parked behind it. I am standing next to the jaguar with my hand on the roof.
* At the 23:01 mark as the main character walks across the street you get a good close up (little blurry) of me.
* As the main character gets on the sidewalk and the guy goes up to him and says "whoa whoa whoa whoa" you see me on the left of the screen chewing gum. You get a few shots of me standing there looking tough.
* The next scene is inside the wake. At the 23:45 mark the camera starts to pan left. I am standing in the back right next to the guy who said "whoa whoa whoa whoa."
* As the scene continues and the two main characters are talking they start to walk away from the camera.
* At the 24:12 mark you will see me to the right of these two guys walking out of view going right.
Well, that's my, probably, 5-10 seconds of fame. Will keep you informed on my upcoming adventures in TV/Movieland.
See you at Red Robin's for a free birthday sundae. And that's my few more seconds of fame.

Greetings all- I have been out of touch with most of you for quite a while, so here is my 2-minute catch up: Graduated ASU in Dec 1991 (BS in Human Resources Management)after which my First real job was back in Havasu at good old McCulloch Corp. I worked in HR, a job that served as a good boot camp and gave me about 5 years of great experience. After that, I joined Unocal (Union Oil) in October 96 as an HR Rep at a mine in the desert near Las Vegas where I lived for about year. Love that town. The next job took me to a Fertilizer Plant in Kennewick, WA. I started wearing flannel shirts and cowboy boots, and was even getting into line dancing. I guess it was a sad state of affairs. I worked there about a year and a half, before being transferred again to a Corporate staff job in Brea, CA. That was ok, 4 hrs. from Havasu so I got to get back fairly often. A year later, another transfer to Houston, TX (good thing I kept the boots) where I worked for about a year and a half. At that point, it was starting to get dull. Humidity, Ale houses..i guess the the Rodeos were ok....but lucky for me in 2001, I was offered the chance to work in Bangkok Thailand. I had been there on a business trip, and gladly accepted. I was sent on a 6-month gig, which turned into a 5-year stay. During that time, in addition to many life changing experiences, I got married to a wonderful Thai Lady and aquired a great stepdaughter (in 2002). In August 05, a merger happened and I found myself working for Chevron, continuing my work in Thailand until August 2006 when I repatriated to San Ramon, CA. Here I am and life is good. So I guess I have been lucky, my jobs have taken me around the world, to Europe, Asia and Africa which has been awesome. I'm not sure what or where will come next but I and my family are always up for a new adventure. Unfortunately, I missed the LHHS Class of 86 20th as I was in the process of moving back here to the US that same weekend. Ive managed to stay in touch with a few of you over the years but it is great to see the names and stories of the rest who I hope to see again. Cheers to all, Scott

Go figure that my brother Joe and myself found this and are going to love every minute of it - just as folks of Lake Havasu will to...
TruTV has a new reality show called Party Heat: Wet, Wild, & Under Arrest.
Here's what the show's website says it's about: When thousands of co-eds on Spring Break or their summer holiday flock to exotic locales for extreme fun, the hot sun mixes with alcohol and youve got a recipe for mayhem. With medical emergencies, swimmers in peril, boat crashes, suicide attempts, brawls and oodles of crazy drunken behavior our cameras are there to catch all the wild action as the police work tirelessly to try to keep a holiday oasis from boiling over.
Lake Havasu gets into the spotlight starting with two episodes on Mon. March 31st and two more on Monday April 7th. Here's the episode guide:
Lake Havasu: Episode 1 NEW!
Premieres March 31 at 8P
Spring Breakers flock to Lake Havasu on the AZ-CA border for the biggest floating party on earth. Police patrolling the waters are pushed to the limit, as hundreds of boats tie together and co-eds party non-stop in the hot sun. Bikinis, booze and brawls keep the San Bernardino County Sheriff's office on their toes. TV-14 S
Lake Havasu: Episode 2 NEW!
Premieres March 31 at 8:30P
It's another Spring Break at Lake Havasu, and this desert oasis on the Colorado River is being invaded by thousands of college students from around the country. Deputies patrol the waters, and struggle to maintain order, at the biggest, wettest party known to mankind. TV-14 S
Lake Havasu: Episode 3 NEW!
Premieres April 7 at 8P
Watch as a medical emergency becomes a riot with Deputy McComas' boat under siege. Plus, a drowning swimmer is rescued in the nick of time, but then becomes a fugitive and the subject of an all-out manhunt. And, see the cuffs come out at the site of a boat crash with a severely intoxicated driver. TV-14
Lake Havasu: Episode 4 NEW!
Premieres April 7 8:30P
First, meet a suspected drunk driver who refuses to take a breathalyzer test and faces the consequences. Plus, when Deputy McComas responds to a reported riot, he's got no backup. And, watch a race to rescue a truck that gets pulled into the water. Will it go under? TV-14

We are getting ready to snail mail all alumni. I don't have a list for each class. I'd hate for anybody to miss out on this "field trip." Therefore, I need each classes former reunion organizer to send me their list of classmates addresses. "Field trip permission slips are to be signed by an adult and sent back in by fax, email or snail." We have less than 200 days!

I flew into Phoenix this past Friday (2/29) so I can watch my oldest daughter, Renata, who is a Lake Havasu High School JV Cheeleader compete in 2008 Cheerleading State Championships which took place on Sat. 3/1.
I just wanted to say how proud I am of her. She was excited and had so much fun. She cheered her heart out as did all of the other cheerleaders on the Knight squads.
I know what it's like to be in the state championships (baseball) and how nerve-racking it is. It's not just another game or tournament - it's the STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS. I will always remember just being there and competing.
So to Renata - I am very proud of you and love you very much. Keep up the excellent work.
Oh, and the weather was tremendous. 80 degrees. I miss the desert (but I don't miss Phoenix - what a sucky town). Ok, back to shoveling snow now (teasing, even though we did have 6 or so inches just over a week ago).
I'll be in Havasu late April/Early May if anyone wants to get together.

Just wanted to toot my own horn (even though I am not much of a horn tooter). But one of my hobbies is that I'm a background extra for TV shows, movies and commericals. It was back when my wife Heather was pregnant with our son 3-1/2 years ago that I came up with the idea of doing this. She didn't crave pickles in ice cream but she couldn't get enough of Law & Order. And since that show was on just about every hour of the day we ended up watching 3-4 episodes a night. I thought it would be fun being one of the dead bodies in the beginning. Well, after searching the "hows" and "wheres" I finally have become an official "non union" background extra.
You can view my resume here: http://www.nycasting.com/srmicca
I've done two Law & Order: SVU episodes. One I was a mobster and the other a skin head (I knew my balding head would be good for something). I was supposed to be in the pilot episode of Lipstick Jungle but the scene wasn't there. Maybe it will be in the second episode which airs Thurs. 2/14.
I did want to show you one of my commercials that can be seen online. It's for Bud Light and it appeared during the football playoffs. Ok, here's what you do: 1) go to www.budlight.com. 2) The opening page is the "commercial" page. 3) You will see a spinning bottle of bud light in the center of the screen and below it all the available commercials to watch. Place your mouse curser either to the right or left of the commercial wheel and you will see the commercial scroll by. Stop when you get to the "Dude Football" commercial and click it.
When the commercial starts the main character is trying to get tickets in the front of the stadium. The second little scene he is trying to go through the turnstile and it gets stuck. If you look two turnstiles to his right or to the left of the screen you will see a guy wearing a black jacket with a gray hooded sweathirt carrying a blue blanket. THAT'S ME. I rub my nose so it's easier for me to say "I'm the guy rubbing his nose." The reason I rubbed my nose was because it was 15 goddamn degrees out.
Anyway that's what I do as a hobby. So in episodes 4 and 5 of the new TV show "New Amsterdam" I will be an undercover cop (ep. 4) and a mobster at a funeral (ep. 5).
My autographs are on sale now for $0.99.

Just want to follow up on Liz's request for assistance with getting updated email and snail mail addresses. I just completed updating the MIA page of the multi-class reunion website... www.havamultiple.com. If you see a name there of someone that you are in contact with, please let us know the correct info so we can update our lists and contact them about the reunion. At this time we are close to securing our venues, but the more accurate of an estimate we have on attendees the more cost effective the event will be. If you are planning to attend either stag or with a guest, please sign the RSVP guest book at the website letting us know. I was in Havasu last weekend (yes...snuck away from the WI cold for a few days) checking out venues, gathering info for the website and laying additional ground work for the reunion. If you have a business, or service that may be able to assist us in making this the very best reunion possible, we would love to hear from you. Also we would love to add your website to our links page to show our support for our fellow classmates. Please email Liz or myself and we will get the link info to the webmaster, or you can email it to him directly from the link at the site. Lastly, for those of you sending us updated names for the memorial page...I apologize for being behind in adding to that page. With the new photo feature, it is not as easy for me to modify the page without messing up some of the special effects the webmaster has thrown in. We will be working on it and I hope to have it updated later this weekend. Can't wait to see all of you, thank you to Liz and everyone else assisting us with this event and if you get a chance, I'd love to hear from you and catch up!

Stopped by Lake Havasu yesterday for the first time in about 15 years. Went by the High School and it was a search to find the original two hall building that we were so excited to have that 1st year. (Relief from the bus ride to Kingman). I was in Cheer that year and we had to make our own cheer outfits. Turned out ok in my book! Went by the house my Dad built for us up on McCulloch Blvd. Wow - so many houses now. Drove down to old Site Six, the Nautical Inn, and of course the "Bridge". Stopped by the Museum and picked up Livin' at the End of Old 95 by Rick Kingsbury. What a great job he did! He refreshed so many good memories and lots of laughter remembering.

The reunion website for classes of 76 - 86 is still under construction. You can still R.S.V.P. @ www.havamultiple.com. We haven't started accepting registration fees. Though contributions to the webmaster are being accepted through paypal. Receipts are available to those business owners who want to take advantage of tax deductions. Speaking of business owners....who wants to market their business? We'll be accepting promo's to be used as gifts. Yes, it's a marketing deduction! We have a lot of competitive games taking place. I'll keep you updated on status of the events. Please let everybody know about the website. It's word of mouth that's going to get this going. Please let us know who's to be included on the Memorial page. We'd like to offer our condolences to their family members. We don't want to overlook anybody. Who has a yearbook? We need lists of graduating classmates, homecoming court, Senior Mosts (nicest eyes, smiles yada yada), theme songs etc from each class. Please check to see if your class has been completed and accuracy! Others might have guessed wrong at the information. I need lists of each year's cheerleaders, pom poms and football players. Michael, the image of you and my brother Mike drinking beers with Mr. Rooney is tough to imagine, it's just too surreal. Therefore, it is a moral imperative we make it happen. And to correct George's (formerly) drink-addled memory, I only lost my car once, and that was after a New Year's party (took the LHCPD four days to find it). And if you've NEVER lost your car after a party... well, you're smarter than I was. And George, an old bald guy dies and you think of ME? What's that about, wishful thinking?! Hah, we listened to some pretty bad music back then, didn't we? Sorry 'bout that head butt, didn't think you'd drop like that. Hope you and Adelle make it down from NorCal, so long as gas prices don't get too much higher. Take care, all, and happy 2008!

Scottie?! Scott Baaabbeet?! Dude! It's been for ever. When Kevin Dubrow passed away recently (Quiet Riot) I was thinking of you (my head still hurts). Adelle and I are up in Nor-Cal in a small town called Shingletown. This is why I think the multi-year reunion is a great idea, Liz. Scott and I graduated a year apart, but were good friends who lost contact (not quite as hard as losing your car which Scott was able to do on numerous occassions). I can't guarentee just yet we can be there but we sure are wanting to give it a go. Great idea Homecoming weekend! Hope the stands at the game can handle us all. I'm not quite the partier I was in school (I party with a different Spirit now) but it will be great to see everyone. Thanks Liz for all the hard work. You're awesome!

To the younger alumni; Liz has already taken on a daunting task in dealing with TEN classes of alumni. In addition, she may have to coordinate with or around the ten year reunion of the class of 98 and the twenty year of the class of 88. So cut her some slack. I'm sure you'll all be welcome at any open events, you'll just have to sit out for a couple hours at any official paid for dinner-type event. With ten years worth of people, even with lots of no-shows we're talking about over a thousand people, I doubt there's a whole lot of event centers in town that can handle a crowd like that. If you MUST be part of the official gathering, why not volunteer to organize the next ten years, the classes from 1987-97? Don't call Liz a cop-out, get organized and coordinate with her. Twenty years of alumni, we'll take over the town. The LHCPD will have to call in reinforcements like they do for Memorial Day. Hm, on second thought, maybe that isn't such a good idea. Don't want to wind up on a special edition of "COPS" now, do I? But if you can get Rooney to come along, I'll pay his tab and I'll petition Liz to make you an honorary member of our decade. As dubious an 'honor' as that may be... Heh.

Dear Alumi, You need to invite all Alumni! Not just up to 1986, this is totally wrong! Especially you Elizabeth Beauchamp! You grew up down the street from me and you hung out with all of my siblings and your mom taught me catechism at Our Lady of The Lake! Your brother Chris was an alter boy with my brother Louis (class of1986) and myself(class of 1991), and I'm sure you have partied in my house with my sister Denise and Randy Sparks and the clan from the late 70's to the late 80's! I feel that if you are going to have a multi year reunion you need to invite all years. There are a lot of big families in Havasu like the Stadlers, Lundin's, Seliquini's, Conally's, Beauchamp's, Mycek's, Spencer's, Conroy's, Hagarty's and many more who have younger siblings that have graduated later in this decade! Please don't discriminate against our age! We all can hang together and have a good time no matter the age or the year we graduated! My wife would love to see how united our little town was no matter what age! Some of you older alumni are responsible for shaping the way I have grown and became a proud alumni of LHHS! So please don't cut us younger alumni out. And please don't tell me that I can just come with my older brother, That is a total cop-out! Invite all years to be apart of this, Mr. Rooney would be proud and might even show up and have a cold beer at the beach with us! Sincerely, LHHS Alumni

It's getting close to January! I was going to start accepting money for the multi year reunion. The classes invited are 1976 - 1986. If you didn't graduate then, please try to attend with a sibling! I am looking for volunteers!! I need at least one person from every class that has a Gold membership with classmates.com. I need for you to blast invite your class to the reunion. I can email you the invitation for you to cut and paste. I'll need a volunteer in Havasu to accept the registration fees. Gail Broderick did this for our 20 year. All of you locals ask her to volunteer if you see her around town! I need a volunteer to put together an R.S.V.P. website. I'd like to have the alumni to indicate their R.S.V.P. there with contact information. You can contact me at havasu1983@aol.com. Please add yourself to my page www.myspace.com/elizabethmcannon. Others are already located there for you to contact! George Pires has been working on securing hotels at discounts for attendees. We're going to fill up the hotels that are willing to work with us first. It's still a decision as to the Nautical Convention or London Bridge Resort Convention. I have a local band that is going to play Saturday during the day either at Windsor or State Beach. Sourvenier t-shirts are going to be created. Any suggestions are welcome!!!!!!! I'm still waiting for the high school to release the Homecoming weekend date. Then I can let everybody know. After the game we'll probably frequest several establishments. I'm going to check on the van service to carpool everybody around and back to the hotels. If I haven't thought of something....don't hold back. I'm very open to suggestions! Have a great weekend.

Dear LHHS Graduates, My name is Renata Micca, both my parents are LHHS alumni graduating 1983 & 1987. I am a freshman this year at Lake Havasu High and having an amazing year. I was recently interviewed and accepted to participate as a People to People Student Ambassador to Russia, Germany and Prague this summer. This 20-day exchange consists of meetings with government officials, interaction with other students my age, educational activities, and home stays with host families. I am currently asking my family and friends for financial sponsorship to help me with tuition, and I hope I can count on your support. In case you havent heard of People to People, you can check out the website http://www.studentambassadors.org/. President Dwight D. Eisenhower founded People to People in 1956. He believed that if people from different cultures could come together in peace and friendship, so eventually would nations. Programs like Sister Cities, Project HOPE, and the Student/Sports Ambassador Program were created by People to People, and have become independent programs since then. People to People Ambassadors are carefully interviewed and evaluated before their acceptance into the program. I am excited to share my experience with my peers, family, and friends when I return. As an Ambassador I can earn high school and college credit because of the many educational elements in my program. This experience will increase my understanding of the world and give me the opportunity to learn firsthand about new places and cultures. Such knowledge will help me become the best citizen I can be. The program tuition is $7395, which includes meals, transportation, accommodations, and educational activities. I am asking people to donate any amount possible to help me reach my goal. Is it possible for you to assist me by making a contribution? I plan to share my experience with friends and family when I return by presenting my journal and photographs. My program tuition is due April 2008. Checks may be made payable to People to People Ambassador Programs and forwarded to me Renata Micca 2180 Constellation Ln. Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 Your generous contribution would enable me to share in this wonderful opportunity. Thank you in advance for your gracious consideration and support. Sincerely yours, Renata Micca

Scott, and all other classmates from our era, please listen. I REALLY want a multi-year reunion to happen. Our class of '83' can have a 30 reunion all to our selves. If we do a 25, not that many classmates will show up. Besides, I spent most of Jr. High and High School hanging out with upper classmates, especially 80-82, and most of them had younger brothers/sisters, so I got to know them as well. Get the idea for a "multi" reunion. This will be so much fun to see ALL the people that I grew up with in Havasu, from Shark to Cherry Tree, to all those parties on Rainbow, and ALL the others in between. We can either do this on Labor Day weekend, and give all the out-of-towners the Monday off, or we can do this on Homecoming weekend. Does NOT matter to me, I live here. If you ALL want a voice in this, then please SAY SOMETHING!!!! Post a note here or at the 'other' website, or go to myspace and contact Liz there. Either way, just speak up, we want this to work for everybody. Oh, and Scott, just post a "note", this is NOT a 1000 word essay for Tompkins or Champman. THANKS!!!

Scott, I was impressed! You kept it below the 50 words limit LOL I'm sure that I speak for all of us "we hope that you will attend." Yes, I know that you wished for Homecoming. I was trying to take advantage of the three day weekend. Others that are driving don't have to race down after work on Fri. Peel out and speed home on Sunday LOL George is trying to contact the hotels for discount rates. I was in Havasu this past Labor Day. It didn't appear that the hotels were full. I am hoping that they will accept our guaranteed full occupancy with special rates. Maybe the attendees within driving distance will organize a homecoming visit. I'd be for it. Then again, I am only in Vegas. I didn't realize that you were going to be in Havasu this weekend. I was supposed to be there for the races. I got my weekends mixed up. I was more focused on the Collective Soul and Life concert at the Mandalay Beach. Ofcourse, we will take plenty of pictures. In addition, they'll be posted on my myspace. Everybody can view them at www.myspace.com/elizabethmcannon. Make sure to request to be added to mine. Therefore, others can find you through me. Don't you want to see your older brothers friends? That is why I went back so far with this reunion. A lot of us had older and younger siblings. Again, I hope that you will change your mind! Add it in as a bonus trip to your annual itinerary :)

Fifty words or less to spread the word for this multi-year reunion I just dont know how I can do that George. I did put my two cents in regarding this event. I thought it should have just been the graduating classes of 80 thru 83 since those were the (I just hit 50 words George told you I couldnt do it) years we were actually attending high school. Remember, this is supposed to be OUR 25th reunion.
I thought it would be better if it was done during the end of Homecoming week. That way we all can enjoy the festivities such as the class parade and the football game. Easier for people to travel and get rooms at the hotels instead of fighting with the crazy labor day California nuts.
Who remembers the bonfires that we had in the wash between the school and the football field? I know I attended at least one of them. I dont remember which year they banned it. I think the reason was that someone threw bullets into the fire. The fire used to get huuuuuge. People were bringing their furniture to the bonfire. Good timesGood times.
While any reason for me to get to Havasu is a good reason for me since my oldest three girls live there year round, its just not in the cards for me to head there during the labor-day weekend of any year. Just too crazy that time of the year. Too old to deal with the idiots during the big weekends. Dont get me wrong, Havasu needs those weekends (Memorial and Labor Day) to keep Havasu on the crazy party town map. I just dont have it in me any more to deal with that. Family time is my crazy time.
Liz will do an outstanding job organizing this reunion like she did our last one. Just take plenty of pictures George.
I will be in Havasu this coming Thursday (10/11), staying through to the 26th. Anyone in town want to say heyyou can find me at my daughters soccer games or my oldest daughter doing her cheerleader thing at the freshmen/jv football games.
Ok George, thats 364 words, I think thats a record, even for me.

Okay guys, Liz has been kind enough to start and plan a 'multi-year' reunion (76-86), similar to what I tried LAST year. Mine bombed, this one won't!! This CAN work, this WILL work, and this will be a BLAST! What we need here is some help, some good 'ol fashion "word of mouth"! Tell EVERYONE, your brothers, sisters, friends and fellow alumni, even if you didn't hang out with them, way back when. We have a year to pull this off, yea, a YEAR! Hell, we planned parties on Friday, AT school, during third hour, and by the end of the day, half the school knew about it. Remember, this was BEFORE email, BEFORE cell phones and text messaging. If we could do THAT, back THEN, with just word of mouth, then we can do it NOW, and have one hell of a party. So, even if you have no intrest of going, just tell someone about it, and if you DO plan on going, then tell EVERYBODY that you want there, so this can be HUGE!! There are a TON of you guys here in Havasu, and I expect to see all of you there! We can even get Rooney to show up, I'm sure he'd go, as well as some of the teachers that are retired and living in Havasu. So, let's do this. Oh, and Scott, if you want to help, please do it in 50 words or less. Thanks!

Last October I attended my sister's multi year reunion. It was soooooooo much fun. The class of 83 is scheduled for our 25th next year. The majority of us either had older or younger siblings or hung out with different classmates. Therefore, we are inviting years 1976-1986 (other years on a case-by-case basis) to attend our reunion. We will start accepting registration and payments in January 2008. It is planned for Labor Day weekend 2008. It is going to be casual. We hope to see all of you there.

Been awhile since I've written here. Seems like it's been awhile for anyone to write in here. Have to convince the Master (Jeff L.) to make this site a blog-type site so we can add pictures and stuff. I'm no webpage expert, but I think he could pull that off.
School in Havasu has already started. Here on Long Island they don't start until the day after Labor Day. The little kiddies will be so hung over from their labor day weekend activities.
My oldest three girls live in Havasu and have enjoyed their first week or so of school. My oldest, Renata, has started high school this year. She saw my picture in the '83 class picture when she was at the school for her initiation. She said I was handsome....awww, what a good daughter. She made cheerleading and got into Drama class which is her passion right now.
Next there's Tessa who started 8th grade this year over at Thunderbolt. She loves being the "top class" of the school. She will be trying out for Track this year. She's pretty lean and fast so, I believe, she will do awesome. Gianna (my third) starts 5th grade over at Jamaica Elem. Last year she was over at Starline, but missed the good people over at Jamaica, back to her friends. She's one happy camper.
My next visit to Havasu will be in October. Bringing the wife and my two little ones Devon (2-1/2) and Aleeya (just turned one in June). We like Havasu in October. Not too hot, not too cold. We will be there from the 12th through the 26th.
I see that the new mall...The Shops at Lake Havasu Regional Lifestyle Center Esplanade for the Performing Arts Boutique Galleria... phew... How about just call the damn thing "The Havasu Mall," anyway, has signed for a new Cinema (UltraStar Cinemas, the Exclusive Home of Pure Digital Cinema). Hopefully it will have "stadium" seating not like the "low bleacher" seating the current movie theater has. I like taking the girls out to the movies when we visit and it will be nice to see a movie in a real theater.
The rumor-mill is flying with other "possible" tenants for the mall. Old Navy, American Eagle, Hallmark, Bath and Body Works, Men's Warehouse, Zales, NY & CO, Buckle Game Stop, Pacific Sun, Famous Footwear, Victorias Secret, Foot Locker, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chicos, Anchor Blue, Rue 21, Chick-Fil-A, Pet Smart, Olive Garden, Wet Seal, Ann Taylor, Liz Claiborne. Not bad. I even saw an artist rendering of the mall. Have to admit, I am quite impressed.
That's it from the East Coast. Have a great labor-day weekend everyone. Go out to the Freshman and JV football games to root on my Renata during her cheer routines. So proud of her and all my girls. Love them and miss them every day.

If you would like to post a message to the bulletin board, go to the
bulletin board entry form and submit an entry.
It's a good idea for posting information about reunions and such. I can also
e-mail a message on your behalf to an entire class or everyone on the list if you send me a request
to my address below. Since this is running under my personal internet
account, I do reserve the right to refuse to e-mail or post to this bulletin
board, anything that might be considered inappropriate. Messages are deleted
after one year.
If you want to change or update your entry, best way is to go to the
registration form and create a new entry. Be sure check the box on the entry
form that says "This is an update to my previous entry." I will remove your old
entry and replace it with the new one.
